Intro To Fall
A cinnamon spiced white chocolate mousse with caramelized white chocolate insert. Along with a spiced apple sponge cake, poached apple spheres and cinnamon white chocolate chantilly. Also included in the dish is an almond crumble, spiced graham and almond sable with a tart green apple sorbet. All topped with a beautiful handmade leaf décor.
