  • 115 grams unsalted butter
  • 250 grams peanut butter
  • 100 grans brown sugar
  • 150 grams granulated sugar
  • 57 grams whole eggs
  • 15 grams whole milk
  • 5 grams vanilla extract
  • 215 grams AP Flour
  • 4.5 grams baking soda
  • 3 grams baking powder
  • 3 grams coarse kosher salt
  • 228 grams Gertrude Hawk Mini Peanut Butter Cups


  • Cream the butter, peanut butter, the sugars, eggs, milk, and vanilla with the paddle attachment. Sift the dry ingredients and add to the butter mixture using the dough hook. Stir in the mini peanut butter cups. Portion the dough into desired size and bake at 325F for 12-15 minutes.
