Julie Carrasco

Julie graduated in culinary and food & beverage management in Ecuador 2014 and has been in the hospitality business for more than 8 years. From renowned bakeries to a chocolate factory and even teaching in a culinary Institute. She finds joy in helping others, she believes knowledge must be shared to help each other grow. The newest addition to the Rader Family, she is excited to continue connecting with people! She enjoys the Florida beach days all year-round and baking while spending time with her family, friends, and her fur baby.
