Jason Lyons

Jason graduated from culinary school in 1998, beginning a varied career in the culinary world through area restaurants, hotels, and country clubs, 7 years in a local ice cream processing plant, and in 2011, becoming Culinary Director for assisted living / skilled nursing facilities. He joined Rader in 2019 specializing in chocolate sales. Jason’s years in kitchens gave him the service-oriented product know-how that makes him great to have in your corner. Jason loves being in or on the water, enjoying the paradise that is Florida.
