Adrianna made her start as a pastry chef for prestigious restaurants in Caracas Venezuela after studying pastry at the Culinary School there in 1999. In 2012 she came to Miami and worked for LeBasque catering company, the Delano Hotel, and the famous Chocolate Fashion bakery. Later in 2015, Adrianna made her sales start at Rader Food and has become part of the family. The ability to work with chocolate is what she loves most, and having the chance to see what chefs create. Learning and participating in the process of helping chefs get quality ingredients is so rewarding. On days off you might find her playing with flavors to create artisanal chocolates.
