  • 1½ cup Graham crackers or Cacao Barry Pailete Feuiletine
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Filling

  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz Cacao Barry White Satin Pistoles Chocolate
  • 11 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups Ravifruit Mango Puree
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp CuisineTech Gelatin Powder
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1-1½ cup Ravifruit Mango Passion Fruit Compote approx 2 fresh diced mangos

Topping

  • 3 tbsp Ravifruit Mango Passion Fruit Compote
