Passion Fruit Brulee with Crystalized Violets
- Make a batch of Crème Brule Mix. Omit 1/3 of the cream
- Add Ravi, Passion Fruit Puree, 1/3 of the cream amount
- Mix as directed.
- Place in serving cups. Refrigerate
- Just before serving mix together the 2 sugars. Place a light coating over each brulee.
- Use a torch to melt the sugar, and brown the top
- Garnish with a crystalized violet or two
