Passion Fruit Brulee with Crystalized Violets

Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • Make a batch of Crème Brule Mix. Omit 1/3 of the cream
  • Add Ravi, Passion Fruit Puree, 1/3 of the cream amount
  • Mix as directed.
  • Place in serving cups. Refrigerate
  • Just before serving mix together the 2 sugars. Place a light coating over each brulee.
  • Use a torch to melt the sugar, and brown the top
  • Garnish with a crystalized violet or two
