  • In a large bowl whip together Key Lime Puree, water, egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk.
  • Pour into tart shells
  • Bake at 320°F for 10 minutes
  • Make 1 batch of Meringue Express as directed on package
  • Burn with torch and top with a ½ piece lime slice
