Ingredients

Strawberry Sorbet

Ravifruit Strawberry Puree.          1000 gr.
Ravifruit Sorbet Syrup.                  600 gr.
Water                                               150 gr.
Lemon Juice                                    1/2 ea.
Strawberry Gelato
Sugar                                                     280 gr.
Gelpan Cold Gelato Base                        50 gr.
Water                                                    1000 gr.
Gelatech Strawberry Paste                  130 gr.

Instructions

Sorbet

  1. Mix or blend all ingredients together.
  2. Chill for 1/2 hour and then process in your batch freezer.

Gelato

  1. Combine dry ingredients well.
  2. Add wet ingredients.
  3. Allow base to mature at least twenty minutes, but preferably 1-4 hours.
  4. Add the desired Gelatech flavorings. Process in a batch freezer.
