Passion Fruit and Coconut Panna Cotta

This recipe is straight from our vendor Valrhona! A gluten free and vegan recipe! TOTAL TIME:  8-10 MINS

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk

2 packages vegan gelatin

2 cups coconut cream

1/4 cup sugar

450g PASSION FRUIT INSPIRATION

As Needed passion fruit pulp (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the PASSION FRUIT INSPIRATION and set aside.
  2. Combine the almond milk and gelatin. Set aside.
  3. Combine the coconut cream and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil.
  4. Combine the almond milk mixture and the boiling coconut cream mixture.
  5. Pour over the PASSION FRUIT INSPIRATION in several additions.
  6. Whisk to combine. Then use an immersion blender to completly mix.
  7. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and pour into small ramekins, jars, or cups.
  8. Chill for 4 hours to set.
  9. Garnish with passion fruit pulp to serve.
