Passion Fruit Backyard BBQ Drink

1.5 oz. Elyx Vodka
.75 oz Savory & James Manzanilla Sherry
Pellegrino (to top)
.5 oz The Perfect Puree Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
.5 oz sugar
1 oz fresh pineapple juice
1 cup crushed iced
Pineapple leaves (garnish)
1. Combine sugar and concentrate to make syrup. Then shake all ingredients, except garnish and Pellegrino, and pour over crushed ice. Top with Pellegrino. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
