With the future still seemingly bleak and after Covid-19 forcing many chefs out of the kitchens for several months, many pastry chefs have started baking out of their homes and apartments in whats being called Micro-Bakeries. Many of them with limited space, equipment, and ingredients. Fortunately, many of these bakers have seen success and been able to stay afloat while many restaurants/bakeries have been forced to close their door for good.
