Key Lime Tart
This recipe comes to us from our very own sales Rep Beverly
- In a large bowl whip together Key Lime Puree, water, egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour into tarts shells
- Bake at 320°F for 10 minutes
- Make 1 batch of Meringue Express, as directed on package
- Burn with torch and top with a ½ piece of Lime slice
