Key Lime Tart

Ingredients
12 - Moda 3.1” Graham Tart Shells
¼ of a cup - Perfect Puree Key Lime Concentrate
¼ of a cup - Water
14 oz. - Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk,
3 - egg yolks
Lime Slice- For garnish

Instructions
- In a large bowl whip together Key Lime Puree, water, egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour into tarts shells
- Bake at 320°F for 10 minutes
- Make 1 batch of Meringue Express, as directed on package
- Burn with torch and top with a ½ piece of Lime slice
