Carissa DaSilva, is a chef from central Florida and she noted that her baking passion came from a small home business she started up around 10 years ago.
When Carissa moved to South Florida 6 years ago, she had the opportunity to work in a professional kitchen. While working here her passion grew even more. So each day she pushed herself to go further, keep trying new things and never looking back.
